Off-Plan Project Supervisor

About the role
Every off-plan project we list is backed by a developer bank guarantee under Morocco’s VEFA framework. You’ll be the person on the ground verifying that construction milestones, payment releases, and guarantee documentation are actually in order — before we ever put a project in front of a client.
What you’ll do
- Conduct regular site visits to verify construction progress against developer timelines
- Review VEFA bank guarantee documentation for each new off-plan project
- Flag delays or compliance issues to the advisory and sales teams early
- Maintain an internal tracker of milestone-linked payment releases
What we’re looking for
- Background in construction management, civil engineering, or real estate project coordination
- Familiarity with Morocco’s VEFA off-plan legal framework is a strong plus
- Valid driver’s license — regular travel to project sites around Tangier
