In 2021, inspired by His Majesty King Mohammed VI’s Vision 2030, our founder decided to return to Morocco to create a company that connects the country to the world. That’s how Immoworld was born.
The beginnings weren’t easy — a new market, significant challenges. But with ambition and determination, we moved forward.

Eagle Hills, and beyond
We partner with Eagle Hills (backed by Emaar), Guartit Groupe, INVESTORAMA Holding, SGH Groupe, and collaborate with Emirates Logistics — proof our vision extends beyond real estate.
The team grows
We recruit over 24 sales agents, plus an after-sales team, project supervisors, and a full marketing department — and begin building our own developments.
